Is Certant a Guru alternative?

Does Certant verify answers like Guru?
Certant does not ask people to verify each answer. It shows the source paragraph on every answer so anyone can check it, and says when the documents do not cover a question. Corrections to how data is read are kept in an append-only ledger and replayed on every rebuild.
