Book a callWhat's the difference between shared cloud and the sovereign options?
Shared cloud runs on Certant-managed multi-tenant infrastructure with API-based model providers, so there is nothing to stand up. Sovereign options run on dedicated hardware, yours or ours, with local models, so your data never leaves your environment. Choose sovereign when regulatory, IP-sensitivity, or data-residency requirements demand it.
How are credits consumed?
Roughly one question equals one credit; a page costs about six credits all in (reading it, indexing it, and working out how it connects), and an agent run costs about five credits and up. So 5,000 credits covers about 830 pages, about 5,000 questions, or about 1,000 agent runs, mixed and matched. Cost varies with how dense a page is: plain text costs less, while pages thick with tables, figures, and formulas cost more, based on averages across the documents we have processed.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal. Plan changes take effect immediately and unused credits roll over within the current billing month.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On Pro and Business plans your overdraft buffer kicks in automatically. Beyond that, you can buy one-off credit packs, or upgrade. Free trial usage is capped at the included credits.
Do sovereign deployments include models?
Agent-in-a-Box ships with curated open-weight models pre-configured (Llama, Mistral, Qwen). BYO deployments include guidance on selecting and serving models for your hardware profile.
How long does a sovereign deployment take?
Agent-in-a-Box is typically operational within a week of delivery. BYO deployments range from a same-day self-service install to multi-week partner-led rollouts depending on integration scope.
