Your records belong to you alone. The advice your firm gave, the contracts it negotiated, the research it paid for and the decisions in its board papers exist nowhere else. So does what your people know about them: which clause matters, what a code means, which policy replaced which.

Correct it once
Tell Certant in plain English when a column or term means something only your people understand. It proposes the change, cites the evidence, and shows you real rows before anything is saved.
Once you apply it, the correction goes into an append-only ledger. Every chatbot, agent, dashboard and monitor on that knowledgebase uses it from then on, including after the next batch of documents arrives.

Let your own agents use it
Connect Claude Code or another MCP client to the Certant MCP server, and it can ask your knowledgebases, query Strata data and run your agents. Every call runs under a key you issue, and anything that changes live data waits for a person to approve it.
When a better or cheaper model comes out, your agents can switch to it and keep reading the same knowledgebase. You don't rebuild anything.
The 2024 services agreement caps liability at $2 million, excluding loss of data.

Is this a chatbot?
The chatbot is one way to read it. The same knowledgebase sits behind chatbots, the Agent Builder, Analytics, Strata and the AI FDE, and each of them uses the corrections your team makes.
What happens to our data if we stop using Certant?
You can export or delete your data at any time while your account is open. On a sovereign deployment it stays on your own hardware the whole time.
Which AI models does it use?
In Certant Cloud it uses hosted models, billed in credits. On your own hardware it runs open-weight models such as Llama, Mistral and Qwen under a fixed annual licence, with no charge per question.
Can Copilot or ChatGPT use our knowledgebase?
Today the Certant MCP server connects Claude Code and other MCP clients. Connections for remote agents are in beta, and we'll name each assistant here once we've tested it.
