Your clients are asking for AI.
Build it for them on Certant, under your brand, on their own hardware if it has to be. You keep the client and the margin.
See what you'd build for your clients
Building AI for your clients?
Thirty minutes on how a deployment runs and what your margin looks like. We don't ask who your clients are.
Want Certant for your own team?
Upload your documents and ask them questions in minutes. Every answer shows the page it came from. There's nothing to install.
The request you're already hearing
Associations, firms and agencies want answers from their own documents. Most have no team to build it, and the regulated ones need it kept on their own infrastructure.
"Can our members get answers from our policies at 2am?"
You build a chatbot for their website that answers from their own policies and links to the page each answer came from.
"Can it check our agreements and flag what's out of line?"
You build an agent that reads each agreement against the client's own rules, flags the clause, and waits for a person to approve what happens next.
"Can I question our reports without waiting on the data team?"
You give them an analytics builder they ask in plain English. It builds the chart from their own data and shows the source behind each number.
Each of these runs in Certant's cloud or on your client's own hardware.
Built to be resold
- It carries your brand, or your client's. On the chatbot their members use and the app their staff work in.
- Each client gets its own workspace. All from one partner account, set up under an enterprise agreement.
- Your client list stays yours. We never ask for it. Register a deal when you're ready and we protect it for 90 days and don't contact that client.
- The services revenue is yours. Implementation, integration and support stay with you.
- Your engineers talk to ours. A shared Slack channel with the people who wrote the platform, from day one.
Quote a number that holds
On the client's own hardware there is no per-token bill. Your margin stops depending on a price list someone else can change.
| Line | How it's charged |
|---|---|
| Hardware | Bought once. The client's own, or a Certant appliance that arrives with everything installed. |
| Licence | Twelve months, renewable, at a price agreed up front. |
| Usage | No charge per question. |
| Your services | Implementation, integration and support, priced by you. |
Clients in Certant's cloud pay in credits instead.
Cloud, or the client's own hardware
Live in minutes
Hosted models, billed in credits. Nothing to install and nothing for the client's IT team to run.
Easy migration to on-prem when the client needs it on their own hardware.
On the client's own hardware
Open-weight models such as Llama, Mistral and Qwen, as files on the client's machine. A fixed 12-month licence with no charge per question. IRAP-aligned.
An ASUS Ascent GX10 arrives with Certant installed, or we install on hardware or a cloud account the client already has.
The version you tested keeps running until you decide to upgrade.
How the sovereign tier worksWhat you build on
The same platform our own customers use. Build in the app, add a chatbot to a client's website with one script tag, or call the API from software you already sell.
- Every answer shows its source. The paragraph it came from, so the client's staff can check it before acting.
- Agents run the same way every time. The same nodes, in the same order. The model does one step inside the workflow.
- Identity and audit from the first install. Single sign-on, per-document permissions and an audit log.
Want to test it first? Start free, upload a client's documents and check the citations yourself.
| Knowledgebase | Reads PDFs, Word files and scans, then works out how the client's records connect. |
| Chatbots | Answer with the page it came from. One script tag on a website or member portal. |
| Agent Builder | Describe the job and the AI FDE, our build assistant, lays it out as nodes on a canvas. Approvals before important steps. |
| Analytics | A question becomes a chart, with the source behind each number. |
| Strata | Watches the figures inside documents and feeds, and raises an alert when one moves. |
Partners already delivering Certant

A sovereign Certant on the Ascent GX10
We worked with ASUS to build a version of Certant that runs on its Ascent GX10 machines, fully air-gapped. ASUS and Certant sell it to customers together.

Deployments for member organisations
Integr8tiv connects Certant to the systems associations and mutuals already run, such as iMIS, Xero, Mailchimp, HubSpot and Salesforce, and supports them after go-live, including sovereign deployments in Australia and the UAE.
Count what a DIY build needs
All 22 have to work together before a client trusts one answer. On Certant they already do, so your team's time goes on the client's own documents and systems.
See how it fits together"Our established BPO partner already understands our policies and processes. We're more likely to wait for their AI-enhanced version than switch to an unknown vendor."
That buyer is waiting for a partner like you.
| Part of the build | What you would build | Systems |
|---|---|---|
| Reading documents | PDF, Word and slide parsers, OCR for scanned pages, chunking that keeps tables whole | 3 |
| Understanding them | Pulling out the people, policies and contracts in each file, a model of how they connect, kept current as files change | 3 |
| Answering questions | Vector and graph search, structured queries, a retrieval router, paragraph-level citations, refusals when the answer isn't there | 5 |
| Products on top | A chat widget, an agent builder with approvals, an analytics builder, monitors that raise alerts | 4 |
| Security | Single sign-on and provisioning, per-document permissions, customer-held keys, an audit log | 4 |
| Running it | GPU model serving that works offline, signed updates for air-gapped sites, IRAP-aligned review evidence | 3 |
| Total | 22 |
What partners ask us first
Can we put our own brand on it?
Yes. The chatbot your client's members use and the app your client's staff work in can both carry your brand or your client's.
Do our clients need their own GPU hardware?
No. We can supply an ASUS Ascent GX10 with Certant already installed. We can also install it on hardware or a cloud account your client already has, or run it in our cloud.
Are open-weight models good enough for client work?
Yes. Before the model sees a question, Certant has found the right paragraphs, worked out how the client's records connect, and calculated any figures with a database query. The model reads what it's given, writes the answer with its source, and says so when the documents don't hold one.
We test open-weight models on our own hardware and publish the results. Read how three local model stacks compared.
Will Certant sell to our client directly?
No. We never contact your clients. When you register a deal, we protect it for 90 days.
How long does a deployment take?
The appliance is usually running within a week of delivery. On hardware your client already has, it takes from the same day with the install wizard to a few weeks if there's integration work.
How is it priced, and what's our margin?
On your client's own hardware, the cost is the hardware plus a 12-month licence, quoted for each deployment. Cloud clients pay in credits. Your margin grows with the depth of the deployment, and we go through the numbers on the walkthrough.
See what you'd be building on
Thirty minutes with the people who built it. We'll walk through a deployment on a client's hardware and the numbers behind a quote. No client names needed.
What happens next
- You send the form. Your name, email and firm are all we need.
- A person on the team replies within one business day, Australian hours, to set a time.
- On the call we walk through a deployment end to end, the pricing lines, and how the partner tiers work. You decide what to tell us.
What we commit to
- We never contact your clients.
- Register a deal when you choose and we protect it for 90 days. We don't contact that client.
- Implementation, integration and support revenue stays with you.
- Your engineers get a direct channel to the people who wrote the platform.
